Here are some pictures taken during the film shooting which happened from May to June 1959. These are official photos with "1755-X ..." written as reference. Apart from the series presented above, here are three photos of Yvette Mimieux which, in our opinion, appear to have been taken during the filming of The Time Machine in the late spring of 1959. As often when a photo of the then-rising star is shown, people tend to identify Yvette with the movie and put the title next to her name. It is not known who took these photos and they are neither dated nor located, but the hairstyle and makeup of the young actress as well as the ambient light and the vegetation that surrounds are all clues that lead us to think that it is almost certainly Weena that you see below. Note that there is a fourth portrait of Ms. Mimieux wearing the same bathrobe which can be seen in our News Page.
